Module 1: Self Discovery and Peer-to-Peer Connection This module sets the foundation by focusing on self-awareness and understanding others. You will engage in creative exercises like Visual Storytelling and an Empathy Circle to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your teammates. We’ll also introduce the DISC personality model to help you understand different communication styles and provide strategies to build resilience against negativity.
Module 2: Empowering Teams to Make a Difference This module shifts the focus to group dynamics and team development. You will learn to foster a “leader with no title” mindset and develop skills in emotional and social intelligence. Through challenging and collaborative activities like the Lava Flow and Trust Walk, you will practice resource management and strategic planning to build a more effective and cohesive team.
Module 3: Mastering Communication: From Foundations to Influence This final module hones in on the critical skill of communication. You will explore key communication models, including the 4 F’s Model, and master the building blocks of communication through hands-on exercises like the LEGO Game. The module also teaches you how to build trust by understanding the Four Types of Trust and provides practical techniques for empathetic listening and overcoming communication barriers.
