You’ll engage in self-reflection and journaling exercises to boost your self-awareness and learn practical strategies for self-management, such as using “Emotion Regulation Cards” to build resilience.
Building Social Awareness & Relationship Management Shift your focus to understanding others. This module is dedicated to developing social awareness through activities like interpreting non-verbal cues and creating an “Empathy Map.” You will then learn key strategies for relationship management, including effective communication, conflict resolution, and techniques for building trust and rapport with colleagues and clients.
Applying & Sustaining EI In this final module, you will put your new skills into practice. Through “EI in Scenarios” group discussions, you’ll learn to apply EI principles to real-world workplace challenges. The workshop concludes with the creation of a personal “EI Development Plan,” providing you with a roadmap for continuous learning and growth to ensure your new skills are sustained long-term.
