Module 1: Mental Shift: The Business of Well-Being This module sets the stage for a mental shift towards well-being. You’ll begin with a self-spot check to identify your current state and explore the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and the 8th Habit, which emphasizes finding your voice. You will then delve into the components of well-being and create a personal “Well-being Recipe” to guide your journey. This module concludes with an exploration of self-care best practices and affirmations.
Module 2: Mindfulness This module is dedicated to the practice of being present. You will learn to perceive your environment with a fresh perspective and build mental toughness through the 4 Cs framework. The module includes a variety of hands-on mindfulness techniques such as guided meditation, “Mindful Listening,” and “Mindful Drawing of Feelings.” These exercises are designed to help you build and maintain good habits and a balanced state of mind.
