Protect Your Business legally: Set up essential legal paperwork like agreements, NDAs, and standard contracts to keep your work secure.

Module 2: Branding & LinkedIn Profile
Creating a powerful portfolio and writing text that speaks directly to your ideal client.
Designing your visual brand and defining your unique value proposition.
Optimizing your social media presence, with a focus on your LinkedIn profile.
Module 3: Market Research & Marketing
Researching your market to find your most profitable business zone.
Setting up online and face-to-face sales strategies.
Creating content and a social media plan that brings clients to you.
Module 4: Proposals & Negotiation
Writing clear business proposals that win projects.
Handling client interviews and the end-to-end negotiation process.
Setting up your pricing structure so you never undercharge for your value.
Module 5: Legal & Contracts
Setting up your basic legal setup and understanding corporate culture.
Drafting and using essential legal papers: MOUs, NDAs, and Service Contracts.
Managing project risks and working through professional partnerships.
Module 6: Business Operations & Scaling
Handling client relationships after the sale to turn projects into long-term accounts.
Running your daily operations, tracking cash flow, and managing budgets.
Scaling your business using team tools, platforms, and the agency model.
Program Timeline: October 6 to January 26
Kickoff Interventions: Each participant starts with an exclusive one-on-one session with the career coach to map out their professional path before group classes begin.
Core Training: 15 group training sessions delivered over a 4-month period.
On-Demand Support: Each participant has access to 4 private, one-on-one sessions with a selected coach during the program for targeted business guidance.
Program Culmination: The final graduation session takes place on January 26.
